Place all the liquids in a 5 qt plastic bucket. Add the yeast (after proofing for 10 mins), salt, sugar and swish to slightly mix. Add bread flour and mix until the flour is moistened but not over mixed.l Place lid (which has a small hole drilled in lid) onto bucket. Place in warm location and allow to rise for approx 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. After it has risen to about 4 inches from the top, remove from bucket and divide dough into 4 chunks. Place each chunk in a sandwich bag. Seal and place in a freezer bag. Freeze.
