Ingredients

Thin white bread cut each slice in 2

Eggs

Condensed milk

Whole milk

Sugar

Vanilla Essence 2 dashes

Butter

Powdered sugar


Directions

1. Beat up eggs with condensed milk. 2. Add a little whole milk. Not too much at all though. 3. Add a little sugar. Consistency should not be too eggy. Do a taste test. 4. Soak white bread in mixture. 5. Fry in melted butter. Burns quick so do not over -fry. Also has more of a custard-like texture if not over-cooked. 6. Powdered sugar for garnish.
