Bow Tie Pesto with Feta Cheese

Bow tie pasta cooked to perfection with a splash of pesto sauce, topped with feta cheese.

Ingredients

1 box Bow tie pasta (farfalle)

3/4 cup Pesto sauce

1 cup Feta Cheese

1 cup Extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon Ground black pepper

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt


Directions

1. Cook bow tie pasta "al dente" for 7-11 minutes. (depending on what the box says) 2. Drain well. 3. Put fully cooked pasta back in the pot. 4. Add pesto sauce, and mix well. 5. Add the extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, and salt. 6. MIX WELL! 7. Add Feta Cheese before serving!
