Bowtie pasta with chicken and broccoli

Ingredients

6 cups Bow tie pasta (farfalle)

1 tablespoon Olive oil

1 tablespoon Garlic Finely chopped

1 pound Chicken breasts boneless and skinless 1/2 inch strips

1.5 cup Broccoli Florets

1/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained

1 tsp Dried basil

1/4 tsp Crushed dried red pepper flakes

1 cup Chicken broth

1/4 cup Dry white wine or chicken broth

1 tbsp Butter

Parmesan grated


Directions

Cook pasta; drain Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, heat oil Add garlic. Cook one minute, stirring constantly; do not brown Add chicken; cook, stirring frequently, until no longer pin Add broccoli; cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender Stir in tomatoes, basil, and red pepper Add broth and wine Cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally Toss hot pasta and chicken mixture, sprinkle with cheese

Good and makes lots. Next time I might add a little more spice to jazz up the flavor.
