Breakfast Quiche Cups

Ingredients

18 eggs

1 onion

1 green bell pepper green

1 red bell pepper red

2 cups mushrooms chopped

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

18 slices bacon cooked


Directions

In a large bowl mix the eggs, peppers, cheese and onions well. Put the mixture in 18 large muffin cups. Add one slice of chopped bacon to each muffin cup. Cook the muffin cups in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
