Broiled Filet Mignon

Ingredients

1 tb butter Melted, mixed with

2 Tenderloin steaks or fillet steaks

1 ts Vegetable oil


Directions

Loved it! It was so simple and the best filet I've ever made:)! Less is definitely more in this case. I served mine with shrimp fried rice and broccoli.

I served this alongside a baked potato that I had split and broiled briefly to brown the top.
