Brown Butter Gnocchi with Spinach & Pine Nuts

Ingredients

1 Package (16 oz) Gnocchi

2 tablespoon Butter

2 tablespoon Pine nuts

2 cloves Fresh garlic, peeled

1 package Baby spinach

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


Directions

Cook gnocchi according to package directions, omitting salt and fat, drain Heat butter in large non stick pan over medium heat. Add pine nuts to pan; cook 3 mins or until butter and nuts are lightly browned, stirring constantly. Add garlic to pan; cook one minute. Add gnocchi and spinach to pan; cook 1 minute or until spinach wilts, stirring constantly. Stir in salt & pepper Sprinkle with cheese
