Love love love!!!! My 5 year old loves this recipe and always asks for more! She is a very picky eater so to find something good for her to eat is hard! Rest of the family thought it was great also!

I made this for supper tonight and I am very pleased with the results. Different with the coating being on the bottom of the pan so after slicing pieces and removing them to our plates it is important to stir the sauce on the bottom and spoon on the meatloaf because you wouldn't want to leave that behind! I will make this again.

I made this in a cast iron skillet and added celery to it and it was AWESOME! The first bite had me going 'mmmmm', and it continued with every bite. mmmmm!

I don't enjoy beef very much, but my husband does so I was searching for a meat loaf I could live with. This one is AMAZING. It had a lot of flavor in every bite. Definitely a staple in out household now.
