Ingredients

1 Can Tomatoes diced, undrained

1 Box Stove Top Stuffing

2 cloves Garlic cloves minced

3 boneless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces

1 tsp dried basil

1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tomatoes with liquid in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, 1/2 cup hot water and garlic; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside. Place chicken in 13 x 9 baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture. BAKE 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
