Bucatini with garlic and hot pepper

Ingredients

500 g Bucatini

4 cloves Garlic

4 red hot chile peppers (pepperoncini rossi picante)

5 l Water

Course Salt

125 ml Extra virgin olive oil


Directions

Begin heating water on stove Mince garlic and peppers together in a food processor and add to oil Heat sauce in a large pan until it begins to sizzle, then remove from heat Meanwhile, salt water once it reaches a rolling boil. Wait for a strong boil again and add bucatini. Stir a lot at first, and then occasionally after a few minutes. After recommended cook time, immediately remove pasta from water, strain, mix with sauce in pan, and serve.
