Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

- Boneless Chicken Thighs

- Salt and pepper

- Oil (avocado or olive)

- 1 cup Monterey Jack shredded Cheese

- 2/3 cup Cheddar shredded Cheese

- 1 cup Whipped cream cheese

- Un smoked Provolone

- Mayo

- Garlic Paste

- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce


Directions

- Salt/Pepper and oil the chicken, cook until done and slice into cubes. - Mix cheese and cream cheese, then with hot sauce. - Add chicken and mix into mixture. - 1 cup of mayo and garlic paste, mix and add chopped parsley. - Add 2 provolone slices to one side of bread. - Add chicken mixture. - Add garlic mayo to top of other slice of bread. - Grill both sides.
