Bulgogi Beef Stew (Shin Sun Ro)

Ingredients

1 lb Bulgogi meat (thinly sliced sirloin)

1 cup Beef broth

1 oz Oyster mushroom

1 oz Enoki mushroom

1 oz Shiitake mushrooms

6 Fried tofu pockets

Green onion

Gingko

0.25 Bell pepper

1/6 Onion

BULGOGI SAUCE

2 tablespoon Soy sauce

4 tablespoon Pear juice

Pepper

1 tablespoon Minced scallion

1 clove Minced garlic

Potato starch noodles


Directions

1. Marinate Bulgogi meat with Bulgogi sauce for 1 hour. 2. Cut vegetables into thin slices. 3. Combine beef broth, marinated bulgogi, vegetables, and tofu pockets into the bake tray and place on griddle with STS ring. 4. Cook it for 20 min in mid-low heat and garnish with green onion. 5. Add glass noodle to taste.
