Ingredients

4 Chicken Breast

1 cup Buttermilk

1 pkg Shake n~quotebake


Directions

Preheat oven to 400f. Pound chicken between two sheets of saran to tenderize. Pace into ziplock bag with buttermilk, leave in fridge for 12 to 24 hours to marinade. Pour Shake n'bake mix into wide shalow bowl. Shake excess buttermilk from chicken, then place in shake n'bak, turning to coat. Place checken on lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 min.
