1 vanilla bean scraped

2 tsp powdered ginger

1 tsp cardamom

1 tsp cinnamon

1 pinch salt

2/3 up grape seed oil

3/4 up grade b dark maple syrup

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

3 eggs

1 cup roasted or steamed and pureed butternut squash (ca

1 tablespoon orange zest (optional)

1/4 up maple syrup

1 teaspoon dark local honey
