Ingredients

2/3 cup Shortening melted

2 cups Brown sugar

3 Eggs

2 3/4 cups All purpose flour

2 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 cups Nuts chopped

1 package Butterscotch chips (can use chocolate)

Directions

Mix shortening, brown sugar, eggs (one at a time), flour, baking powder, and salt. Add vanilla, nuts and chips. Mix well and press into cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
