Buttery pie crust

Ingredients

1.5 all- purpose flour

1.5 tsp sugar

1.5 tsp salt

1/2 cup cold unsalted butter in cubes

1/4 cup ice cold water


Directions

Put flour, sugar, and salt into the food processor. Pulse to mix. Scatter in the butter cubes and pulse agin. Drizzle in half the water, pulse. Sprinkle in remaining water. Pulse until the pastry clumps. Kneed into a ball and chill
