Caesar Dressing/Dip

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic minced and mashed to a paste with tsp salt

2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup Mayonnaise

3/4 cup Parmesan cheese


Directions

In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire Sauce. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste. Whisk dressing until combined well. Toss with salad greens or serve as a dip with crudits.

Very good and way cheaper than store bought. Next time i make it i will try and melt the parmasan cheese so its less grainy. It makes about a bottle full of dressing i would say the serving size is 2 tablespoons with the consistancy
