Ingredients

5 Egg yolks

3/4 cup Whole mustard seed dijon

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon anchovie puree

1 teaspoon Salt & pepper or to taste

3 quarts 1/2 Virgin Olive Oil & 1/2 Salad Oil

3/4 cup Red wine vinegar

1 juice of Lemon

2 tablespoons water


Directions

Blend in mixer at highest speed egg yolks and dijon for 5 minutes. Slowly add oil to create an emulsion of oil and dijon. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
