1. Preheat oven to 375°. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and unsweetened cocoa powder in a large bowl.
2. Combine the yogurt and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
3. In the bowl of a stand mixer (or you may use a handheld mixer), combine egg substitute, margarine and brown sugar. Beat until it is light and fluffy, but do not over mix.
4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg/margarine/brown sugar mixture. Add the yogurt/vanilla extract mixture.
5. Stir in semisweet chocolate chips until just combined.
6. Scoop dough by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and cool on a rack.
