Ingredients

2 Medium onions Sliced

4 Tablespoons butter

2 Tablespoons Curry powder

2 Cups Chopped cooked chicken

2 (26-oz) cans Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Cup Half-and-half or rich milk

1/2 Cup Cooked rice

Salt and pepper

Sour Cream to garnish


Directions

Sauté onions in butter until tender. Add curry and mix well. Add soup, half-and-half, chicken and rice. Season to taste. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream (or plain yogurt). Serves 10 to 12. You may use turkey breast for this recipe.

A thick and creamy soup. You can add milk or cream to thin it out. Great curry flavor!
