Ingredients

1 can Sauerkraut

2 sheets Pie crust

1/2 cup Thousand island sauce or dressing

!0-12 slices Swiss Cheese

Directions

Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, drain1ed sauerkraut and thousand island dressing on rolled out pie crust. Bake in moderate oven for 30-40 minutes, partially covered.
