Carrot Salsa

1 lg Carrot; peeled and grated

1 Garlic minced

1 ts Salt

1/2 Red onion; diced

2 Tomatoes; chopped

1 ts Lime juice

1/4 c Chopped green chiles;


Directions

Yields 3 cups. This colorful salsa spices up any holiday party. Serve with tortilla chips. PREP TIME: 10 minutes. MARINATING TIME: 1 hour. 1. Mix all ingredients together in a serving dish.
