Cathy's 24 Hour Omelet

Mix up the night before and let set in fridge till morning and then pop into the stove for a quick and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

5 slices white bread cut into 1" cubes

3/4 lb Longhorn or cheddar cheese

4 Eggs slightly beaten, or use egg beaters

2 cups milk

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1 dash cayenne pepper

1 meat sausage, ham, bacon, or just a veggie omelet with peppers, mus


Directions

If using mushrooms advise cooking them first because they have so much water in them it makes the omelet too loose. Grease 9x13 pan put in bread, cheese, meat and or veggies. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together, pour over meat and bread. Cover with tin foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered 1hr at 375 and uncover lst 5 minutes. Serve with fruit salad and more bread if you want.
