Cathys Kitchen Sink Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

1 Red bell pepper

1 lg Cucumber; sliced

4 Sprigs thyme

1/2 md Onion; diced

2 Lettuce heads; torn

1 Green bell pepper

4 Chive stalks; in 1" lengths

4 Hard-boiled eggs; sliced

1 Head of broccoli flowerets

3 oz Blue cheese; crumbled

6 Tomatoes; coarsely chopped

3 Stalks celery (up to 4)

4 Green onions; incl. tops

1 sl Swiss cheese; diced

3 Carrots; chopped

13 Basil leaves; cut in strips

1 Sprig oregano

1 lb Large shrimp; cooked

Few sprigs parsley

1 lg Yellow summer squash


Directions
