1: Cut the cauliflower into small flowerets and put them into a 4 to 6 quart pot. Cover the cauliflower with water and cook until tender.
2: Break up the spaghetti and put it into the pot. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
3: After the pasta is cooked, serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
