I don't usually like cauliflower - to the point where I never bought it even if I had a recipe calling for it. However, I love mustard, so I decided to give this a go. No regrets. Cauliflower still isn't my favorite veggie, but this recipe earned 5 stars because now I can feel comfortable buying a whole head. At least now it will get used.

I added 1/4 black treacle to the vinaigrette. The rest, the same. Very good and simple mix!

Adding two tbs nonfat yogurt to the vinegars before tossing with the hot cauliflower gives the dish a creamy richness.' [I posted this recipe.]
