Cuisine: American
1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
1 tbs Coarse-grain Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon Low-sodium soy sauce
1 head Cauliflower trimmed and cut into florets
1 1" piece Ginger cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
3 tbs Lime juice fresh
I don't usually like cauliflower - to the point where I never bought it even if I had a recipe calling for it. However, I love mustard, so I decided to give this a go. No regrets. Cauliflower still isn't my favorite veggie, but this recipe earned 5 stars because now I can feel comfortable buying a whole head. At least now it will get used.
Cait8I love Cauliflower. This simple preparation is just my style. Added to my must try list.
OtterpondI added 1/4 black treacle to the vinaigrette. The rest, the same. Very good and simple mix!
gilduchaAdding two tbs nonfat yogurt to the vinegars before tossing with the hot cauliflower gives the dish a creamy richness.' [I posted this recipe.]
