Ingredients

1 Small jalapeno pepper, chopt

1/8 ts Cumin

20 Capers

1 Oregano to taste

1/4 c olive oil

1 lb Fish filets

8 oz Lime juice

30 Pitted green olives

1 Salt and pepper to taste

1 Large onion, finely chopped

2 Med tomatoes, finely chopped

1/4 c Fresh coriander, chopped


Directions
