I have very little experience with grits so I picked the brains of my bulk food suppliers. They were helpful and this dish was easy and delicious. Made it with the apricot chicken and steamed broccoli for a quick and tasty meal that we will definitely have again.

The kids literally wend wild for this, we were delighted! The entire family enjoyed the texture and flavors very much...next time I may add a small can of chopped green chilies, drained so as not to mess with the perfect firmness this had!

Tasty! I put cheese & breadcrumbs on top & added corn to the grits. Wonderful side dish for my salmon patties!
