Ingredients

2 bricks Cream cheese

8 oz pineapple crushed

1/4 cup onions finely chopped

1/4 cup bell pepper optional

1/4 cup pecans ground

1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix cream cheese, pineapple, onions, peppers, pecans, and salt. Roll into a ball. Sprinkle more ground pecans on wax paper and roll the ball around to coat with pecans. Place in bowl and refrigerate overnight.
