1 - Preheat oven 500
2 - Mix graham crackers crumbs, walnuts, suagar and butter and form into 10" Springform pan. Covering bottom and 2" up the sides. Use a knife to even out the side hight.
3 - Combine cheese, sugar, flour, lemon peel, orange peel in a large bowl using low speed
4 - Add eggs and egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each
5 - Add cream and beat at medium speed just until smooth
6 - Pour into pan. Bake at 500 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake 1 hour.
Cake is done when top is light brown. Do not worry if top is cracked. Remove from oven, cool on
wire rack. Refridgerate until cold. Remove the rim on the springform pan.
