Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 3T sugar. Press into sprayed 9x11 pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time.
Pour over crust.
Bake 55 minutes. Put shallow pan of water in oven to keep cheesecake from cracking. DO NOT put pan directly below cake pan.
Refrigerate.
Add caramel and chocolate syrup for toppings.
