1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese divided

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp each sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves chopped

1 cup loosely packed baby kale leaves chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

3 tbsp white whole-wheat flour divided

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
