Cheesy Macaroni Bake

HEAT oven to 375 PREPARE macaroni dinner as directed on package. In separate skillet, brown hamburger meat. Season with Taco seasoning. Mix as directed on package. ADD egg and 1 cup shredded cheese to prepared dinner; mix well. Spoon into a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray (Pam) or lightly wiped with paper towel dipped in oil. Cover with meat mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese. BAKE 20 minutes or until heated through. SPECIAL EXTRA Add shredded lettuce and diced tomato before serving. Can add jalapeños, optional.
