Cherries And Ricotta Cheese Bread

3/4 ts Ground cinnamon

1 1/2 c Whole-wheat flour

3/4 c Ricotta cheese

6 tb Unsalted butter

3 tb Sugar

3 Eggs

2 tb Bread flour

1 1/2 ts Salt

2/3 c Dried cherries

1/3 c Water

2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast

Directions
