Ingredients

2 pounds sweet cherries drained

3 cups syrup from cherries

2 TB mixed berry juice

2 ounces cornstarch

2 ounces pectin

2 ounces Granulated sugar

1/4 cup Amaretto


Directions

Dry cherries without breaking and set aside. Add juice to cherry liquid. Dissolve cornstarch in mix. Combine pectin and sugar and add to mixture. Add Amaretto. Bring to boil, cook ~ 5 minutes until thickened stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add cherries. Place parchment paper directly on top of filling to prevent skin from forming.
