6 Chicken - thighs

1 pkt French Onion Soup

1 can Apricot nectar

1 can Apricot Halves

1 ctn Sour Cream


Directions

Preheat oven to 180 Put chicken thigh fillets onto a casserole dish Mix apricot nectar with soup mix until well combined Pour over the chicken Bake, covered, for 50 minutes, add apricot halves and bake for another 5 minutes Stir in sour cream just before serving Serve with rice or mashed potato
