Celery

2 Garlic

1 Chili pepper

pancetta

bay leef

tomato puree


Directions

Fry onions, peppers till translucent - add pancetta garlic and chili Season - add finely diced bay leaf and tomato puree add a splash of white wine to deglaze add chicken add stock (hold back one cup and add corn starch to it - then add to thicken) cook rice - add to casserole
