4 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded; divided

1 teaspoon Dried basil
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon White pepper
2 cups Ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley minced
9 Noodles Lasagna cooked and drained
2 10-oz packages frozen spinach thawed and well-drained
2 cups chicken Cubed, cooked
Good but won't make often. My cholesterol will be through the roof! This makes a lot, should probably half the recipe.

rahulkulhalliThis was delicious and fun to make. I added a carton chopped portabello mushrooms to the onion and garlic saute for added flavor. It needed a tad bit more salt than the recipe called for. Fabulous otherwise.
