Chicken Curry

Ingredients

1 c Chopped cooked chicken

1 ts Fresh ginger, finely chopped

3 tb Butter or allowable

1 c Chicken broth

2 1/2 ts Curry powder

1/2 c Onion minced

1 ts Lemon juice

1/2 ts Salt

1 1/2 ts Sugar

6 tb Flour

2 c Skim milk or whole-fat milk


Directions

Melt butter in double boiler. Saute onion a little; add remaining dry ingredients. Slowly stir in broth, milk and lemon juice. Stir until thick. Add cooked chicken and serve hot.
