Chicken Enchilada Chili

Ingredients

1 cup

1 6 ounce can

3 tablespoon

1 tablespoon

1 15 ounce can drained

2 cups Cooked

1 15 ounce can diced

2 cups Shredded and cooked


Directions

In a large saucepan whisk beef broth with tomato paste plus about 1 can worth of water. Stir in taco seasoning and chili powder. Add beans and canned tomatoes with chilies. Stir and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Sir in the chicken and let is simmer a little longer. Serve with peanut butter sandwiches for a special touch.
