3/4 cup Finely Chopped

Directions

Beat together cream and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add chicken, onion, and salt. Mix well. Soften tortillas in hot oil for a few seconds. Spoon a thin layer of enchilada sauce in a 9 X 13 dish. Spread each tortilla with sauce and arrange chicken and cheese in tortilla. Fold and cover with enchilada sauce and cover with foil. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes then remove foil. Sprinkle with cheese then cook 5 minutes until cheese melts
