1/4 cup (50 mL) Dijon mustard

16 thin slices prosciutto (about 8 oz/250 g)

2 tbsp (25 mL) butter melted

1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper

1 cup (250 mL) chicken stock

1/2 cup (125 mL) white wine (or chicken stock with 2 tsp/10mL white wine vinegar)

2 tbsp (25 mL) all-purpose flour

2 tbsp (25 mL) minced fresh parsley
