Chicken Saute

Ingredients

2 tablespoon Olive oil

4 Chicken Breasts max 1 inch thick, skinless & boneless

1 medium Onion Vedalia or Purple

3 cloves Garlic minced

1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary or 1 tablespoon fresh

1/2 cup Chicken broth or Beef Broth

1 sprinkle McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasonings

1 sprinkle salt


Directions

Heat the oil in a large skilled over medium heat. Add the chicken and sprinkle with seasonings. Sauté the chicken breasts in the oil for four minutes. Turn them over and add the onion. Cover and cook for three minutes. Add the garlic, rosemary, and broth. Cover and cook five more minutes. If thicker breasts, close to one inch, turn and cook five more minutes. Take off heat, uncover and let rest another three minutes.
