Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breast

2 containers chicken broth

2 stalks celery

1 bag baby carrots

1 large onion

1 cup Brown rice

2 tablespoons garlic salt

1 tablespoon pepper

2 teaspoons Salt

2 tablespoons olive oil


Directions

cook chicken in olive oil for 15 minutes. Add onion and celery.. Saute until done. Transfer to stock pot. Add chicken broth, baby carrots and spices. Simmer for 45 minutes.
