Chicken Strips

Ingredients

Chicken breasts boneless and skinless

Panko bread crumbs

All purpose flour

Eggs


Directions

Put each ingredient into seperate containers. Cut chicken into desired size strips and pound to 3/4 inches thick. Roll strips in flour, then dip in egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Repeat until all strips have been coated. Deep fry in oil. They will turn golden and float when done.
