Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

4-5 Chicken breasts boneless and skinless frozen

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

2 cans Chicken broth

1 can Ro-tel tomatoes

1 jar Salsa

2 cans Black beans rinsed and drained

2 cups Corn frozen

4 ounce Cream cheese

1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

1 package Taco seasoning mix

Tomatoes for garnish

Avocado for garnish

Sour cream for garnish


Directions

Add frozen chicken breasts and the jar of salsa to the crockpot and cook for a couple of hours. Remove chicken from crock pot and shred; return to crock pot. Add everything but cheese. Add cheese about an hour before serving. Top with fresh tomatoes, grated cheese, avocado, sour cream, etc. Delicious!
