Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Brown rice Cooked

1 1/2 Cups Kidney beans

1/4 cup Hemp oil

1 Tablespoon Chili powder

1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Sea salt

1 Tomato Sliced

1/2 Onion Diced

1 Cup Bell pepper Chopped

1/2 Cup Carrot Grated

1/2 Cup Green onion Chopped

1 teaspoon Oregano

1 Teaspoon Thyme


Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees Use food processor to mix all crust ingredients: Brown rice, Kidney beans, hemp oil, chili powder, chili flakes and salt. Spread mixture on tray about a 1/4 inch thick. Spread spicy sun-dried tomato marinara sauce and add toppings. Bake for 45 minutes.
