Chocolate chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup oil

2 Eggs beaten

1 teaspoon Baking soda

1/4 cup walnuts chopped

4 tablespoons Sour cream

1/2 teaspoon Salt

3 ripe bananas mashed

1 1/2 cups flour sifted

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 cup chocolate chips


Directions

bread machine recipe: place all ingredients in the bread machine pan, i usually mix up all the wet ingredients together in my magic bullet just til mixed or you can use a mixer or blender, then add the dry ingredients to the pan after the wet ingredients are in already, except chocolate chips, add the chocolate chips when your machine beeps for them, set your bread machine to quick bread or batter bread setting, when it beeps put in the chocolate chips, and take out the stir paddle so it doesnt over stir and get tough, the whole process in my bread maker is 1 hour and 30 min. Makes 1 loaf
