1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 large egg at room temperature
1 cup buttermilk at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup finely chopped pecan
1/2 cup caramel topping
1/4 cup
1 tablespoon
1/4 teaspoon
This was good. I used less than half of the chocolate chips called for by the recipe but that was plenty. This would be great with some vanilla ice cream.
