Chocolate protein macaroons - scd

Ingredients

2 Cups Coconut Shredded

1 Cup Almond flour

1 Cup Cocoa

3 Scoops Protein powder

3/4 Cup Coconut oil Soften/melt

1/2 Cup Honey Soften/melt

2 Tsp Vanilla extract

1/2 Tsp Salt


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Chill until easy to roll into balls. I roll in extra almond flour or coconut. Chill. Enjoy!
